• WhatsApp account data: your phone number and message metadata required to deliver the service.
• Media you send: pet photos/videos and related text you share for analysis.
• Results: analysis output we return to you in WhatsApp.
• Payments: handled by processors (e.g., 3rd Party- Stripe). We receive transaction confirmations, not full card details.
• Operational logs: minimal, non‑content technical events (e.g., request time, success/error) for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. What we never do

• No ads based on your data.
• No selling or renting of personal data.
• No training our models on your individual photos/videos or messages.

4. Retention

• Media: processed in volatile memory and deleted immediately after analysis.
• Results: delivered in your WhatsApp chat; we don’t persist copies.
• Operational logs: retained up to 30 days for reliability/abuse detection, then deleted or anonymized.
• Payments: transaction records retained for 7 years per Estonian accounting rules; data minimised thereafter.

5. Cookies & analytics

We do not use advertising cookies or third‑party tracking pixels. If we enable basic, privacy‑respecting analytics, we will update this section and provide controls. Essential session cookies (if any) are used only to operate the site and are not used for profiling.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. We respond within 30 days (GDPR). Email info@petvet.global and include enough information to verify your identity and locate your data. Requests are free of charge unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.

You can lodge a complaint with your local authority or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate: aki.ee.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. For material changes we’ll provide clear notice (e.g., via WhatsApp or the site).
