Terms of Service

1. Service

PetVet provides AI‑assisted analysis of pet images/videos delivered via WhatsApp (“Service”). Results are informational and do not replace professional veterinary advice or emergency care.

2. Eligibility

You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit and for having permission to submit media of pets you own or are authorised to represent.

3. Use rules

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse‑engineer the Service.
• Do not rely on the Service for urgent or life‑threatening situations—contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

4. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or updates may occur without notice. We may suspend the Service to address security or operational issues.

5. Plans & payments

You receive 3 free analyses. Thereafter you may purchase bundles via approved payment processors. Bundles do not auto‑renew. Prices may change prospectively. Taxes may apply.

6. Our IP

PetVet owns all rights in the Service, software, and branding. Do not copy, modify, or misuse our IP.

7. Warranty

Subject to your mandatory consumer rights under EU law, we provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and on an “as available” basis.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused analyses in purchased bundles may remain available until they expire (if an expiry applies) or as required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users or the Service. Upon termination we will delete personal data we control that we no longer need, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Changes

For material changes to these terms, we will provide 30 days’ notice where practicable (e.g., in WhatsApp or on the site). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law. Consumers may bring claims in their local courts. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
